Terms of purchase When you place an order on the Top Watch UK Limited website we will email you an acknowledgment. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until the order is dispatched, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged. Any discounts from the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice. We reserve the right to refuse an order. We will then contact you the day before your item is due to be dispatched and will let you know how we will be sending it. Any order placed after 3pm will not be processed until the next working day. Cancellation policy The customer has 7 days after receipt of goods to cancel their order. The goods must be in their original unworn condition with all packaging and documentation included at time of posting. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure safe delivery of canceled orders back to Top Watch UK Limited .This will be done at the customers own expense. A full refund including original postage costs will be given. Please note: We are unable to receive any returned earrings due to health and safety reasons.
